Delivery is available in all countries of the world *
Orders placed before 12:00 (betting time) are shipped the same day (working day), After 12:00 they will be shipped on D + 1.

PACKAGING :
Slack Mountain operates with One Packaging company in Nice manufacturing French cardboard complying with the ISO standard. For ecological reasons Slack Mountain keeps the possibility of using recycled cardboard.
WEIGHT LIMIT :
Packages are limited to 29.9 kg (packing included) unless otherwise indicated.
RECEPTION MERCHANDISE:
The Customer undertakes to check the entirety of his packaging, in case of doubt the customer will have to open the parcel in the presence of the deliveryman or the relay point to verify the entirety of its products. In the case of a refusal by the deliveryman or relay point to check the contents of the parcel; the package must not be accepted and the customer will have to warn Slack Mountain of the problem encountered.
In the case of conformity of the order after opening but of a deteriorated packaging the customer must specify it on the receipt of the deliveryman to provide for any compensation.
All carriers reserve the right to no compensation if the recipient has not made reservations in writing, immediate, significant and accurate upon delivery.
CUSTOMS CHARGES:

GUARANTEE DELIVERY AND INSURANCE:
Slack Mountain can not be held responsible for delivery. Upon request, Slack Mountain will be able to subscribe to delivery insurance at an additional cost depending on the package.
Slack Mountain dispatches sales packages through the Mondial Relay, Tnt, Ups, Fedex, Dhl and Chronopost service.
TIME LIMIT :
Consult the general conditions of the carrier to know the maximum delays authorized by each carrier. The delays displayed by Slack Mountain are only informative and indicate the average time of a parcel with the said carrier. Attention Customs delays are never understood because they depend entirely on the customs of the country of arrival.
DELIVERY FRANCE:
Beyond 150 € of order, free shipping costs in delivery mondial relay, 250 € for chono relais, are excluded the orders of products known as "made to measure or voluminous". Delivery time: chrono 2-3 days, Chronopost delivery the next day (working days) before 18h except departure Friday and Saturday.
Delivery in Corsica in Chronorelais and Chronopost will be carried out by Colissimo expert at home.
