WARRANTY 2 YEARS:
- Applicable to all Slack Mountain stainless steel products including: Rhino, Frog, Ginkgo, Triceratops, Xp2, Xp2.1, Uno, Strap Pulley
1 YEARS WARRANTY :
- Applicable to all Slack Mountain belts
* The Plum strap is guaranteed 1 years but only for use with round lock and without abrasive element (shoes ...) and for use in classic slackline.
TERMS OF GUARANTEE
- This warranty applies only if the defective product is presented within the warranty period, together with the original invoice or receipt. Slack Mountain reserves the right to refuse the warranty if these documents are not presented or if they are incomplete or illegible.
- This warranty does not cover shipping costs or risks associated with your product's warehouse and recovery routes.
- This warranty covers normal use. Normal use is considered to be used 3-4 times per month.
- This warranty does not cover any of the following:
a) Periodic maintenance and repairs or replacement of parts due to normal wear and tear
b) Damage or defects resulting from the use, operation or handling of the product that does not conform to normal personal or private use
c) Damage or alteration caused by misuse, including manipulation resulting in deterioration or physical, aesthetic or superficial modification of the product
d) Maintenance of the product not in accordance with the instructions of Slack Mountain
e) An installation of the product which does not conform to the technical or safety standards or regulations in force in the country where it is installed or used
f) Repairs made or attempted by persons other than SlackMountain
g) The oxidation or the electrolysis of products.
Where the current regulations prohibit or limit these exclusions, Slack Mountain excludes or limits its liability only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Under this warranty, Slack Mountain's liability will in no way exceed the price paid for the product.
Products of brands other than Slack Mountain are covered by the brands themselves, Slack Mountain is not allowed to substitute its brands.
